Organizing is Racist
…and classist and gendered and…and…and…and…
To build on the no right way to organize post, I want to it be very clear: race, class, gender etc. are prime examples of the context and perception that surround organization and information. Whether you are looking for information, or you are trying to organize something, you bring all of your context and perception with you, and that includes every underlying bias that you and society have.
